Surgical Disease

Surgical disease refers to medical conditions that require surgical intervention for treatment. These conditions may be caused by injury, infection, or underlying medical conditions, and can range from relatively minor problems, such as skin lesions or hernias, to more complex conditions such as cancer, organ failure, or trauma. Surgery may be necessary when other treatments, such as medication or lifestyle changes, have not been effective, or when the condition is too severe to be treated in any other way. Surgical treatment can involve removing or repairing damaged tissue, organs, or structures.
