Circulatory System

The circulatory system is a complex network of organs, vessels, and tissues that is responsible for circulating blood and transporting nutrients, oxygen, hormones, and waste products throughout the body. It consists of the heart, blood vessels (arteries, veins, and capillaries), and blood. The heart is a muscular organ that pumps blood throughout the body. It consists of four chambers: the right atrium, the right ventricle, the left atrium, and the left ventricle. The right side of the heart pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs to be oxygenated, while the left side of the heart pumps oxygenated blood to the rest of the body.
